Join Education Advisors for Session 3:

Proactive Strategies for Addressing Behavior

Managing behavior can be one of the biggest challenges for new educators. This interactive 90-minute session helps early-career educators develop proactive strategies to prevent disruptions and build positive classroom environments. Participants will explore how small, intentional changes in structure, routines, and communication can make a big impact on student behavior and engagement. Through real-world examples and collaboration, educators will leave with practical tools they can implement immediately to create calm, consistent classrooms. Attendees will also receive access to a Padlet resource guide filled with visuals, templates, and strategies to support continued success.
